These first two may not seem like they involved much aperture, but I had to focus on the Black capped chickadee which blurred out some of the foreground branches. Same with the one below.

I focused more so on the bench, rather than the flower, and initially I was hoping to capture more of the bench and make the flower more blurred than what it is.
This time I did the opposite, I focused on the flower.
I thought the dripping water was cool, these photos don't involve much aperture, AKA blurring of the background.
I'm proud the way this photo turned out. I initially wanted to focus on the white ball, but it seems like the red is more in focus and clearer than the other two in front. I find this neat and it makes an interesting affect.
